Marketing and Social Media Executive / Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor all social media accounts
- Create and implement online and offline campaigns
- Responsible for audience and engagement growth across all platforms
- Planning and executing campaigns through SEO, SEM and email marketing
- Responsible to create engaging blog and social media content
- Formulate content marketing strategies to drive traffics and conversion growth
- Monitor and respond to audience comments and messages on a regular basis and build relationships with new and existing audiences
- Track the growth and impact of social media on the business and provide reports and feedback
- Be on the lookout for innovating and exciting new opportunities that would drive brand awareness and sales conversion
- Participate in ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- 1 year or more experience in relevant fields preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related discipline preferred
- Passionate in social media and marketing, as well as lifestyle and design culture and brands
- Strong Chinese and English written skills and fluency in spoken Cantonese and English are essential
- Familiar with photography, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, video shooting and editing preferred
- Experienced in producing social content with in-depth working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram for a brand preferred
- Strong execution skills in carrying out tasks within a tight deadline
- Extremely organized and detail oriented, able to work independently and quickly
- Immediate availability will be preferred
- Candidate with more experience could apply for the role of Marketing Manager
Retail Operations Executive
Responsibilities
- Manage daily retail and online shop operations
- Have thorough understanding of all products and ability to deliver the information to customers
- Plan and monitor stock level and replenishment
- Manage display and allocation of core and seasonal lines to optimize sales
- Research and reach out for potential brands
- Provide marketing support and handle social media enquiries
- Participate in ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
- 1 year retail or relevant experience preferred, fresh graduate will also be considered
- Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese and English is a must
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong sense of responsibilities, self motivated
- Extremely organized and detail oriented, able to work independently and quickly
- Effective communication & interpersonal skills
- Immediate availability will be preferred
