Shipping Policy

 Hong Kong

 

1. Free Shipping

We only offer free shippings for all orders HK$1000 or above.

Orders will be shipped by SF Express.

2. Free Pick Up (Temporarily Unavailable)

All orders placed online can be picked up in store (any amount). Please wait for email notification to pick up. 
 

3. S.F. Cash On Delivery 

Orders below HK$1000 will be delivered by S.F. Cash On Delivery.
Customers will be responsible for the delivery cost, paid directly to S.F. Express.
Orders can be delivered to home address, commercial address as well as S.F. store locations/ lockers (please list the location code clearly on the shipping address during check out).

SF Express Delivery Fee: Basic delivery fee depends on the weight of the parcel, usually starting from HKD$30. 

China, Macau, Taiwan

1. Free Shipping

We only offer free shippings for all orders HK$2000 or above.

Orders will be shipped by SF Express.

2. S.F. Cash On Delivery 

Orders below HK$2000 will be delivered by S.F. Cash On Delivery.
Customers will be responsible for the delivery cost and tax and import duties that may apply, paid directly to S.F. Express.
Orders can be delivered to home address or commercial address. 

Customers will be responsible tax and import duties that may apply.

Japan, Singapore,  South Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam

Shipping will be sent by UPS/ SF Express.

We offer a flat rate of HK$480 shipping fee for all orders. 

Customers will be responsible tax and import duties that may apply.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Most of our orders are shipped within 2 working days of purchase. Once your order is shipped, you will receive your order within an estimate of 2-4 business days of its ship date (please allow longer delivery times for international orders).
  • Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.
  • We do not ship during public holidays. 
  • We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges. However, we will try our best to avoid any accident.
  

International Delivery Notice:

Please note that some items e.g. perfumes, candles etc. cannot be shipped internationally. Please contact us if you are not sure about whether items can be shipped to your country, if items bought cannot be shipped, it will be refunded to you. 

For Taiwan and China customers, we will send an email asking for your full name and ID card number. This is required by SF Express to send out your order, please check your emails after placing your order. Thank you so much for your cooperation.
