Returns Policy

At Garian, we strive to provide the best online shopping experience. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a 7-day return policy. This means that you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:
We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Sale items.
  • Gift cards, gift wrap, or gift messages.
  • Special orders or custom products.
  • Items purchased using discount codes.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Us:
    To initiate a return, email us at garian@garian.hk within 7 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number, a brief explanation of the reason for the return, and any supporting information or photos, if applicable.

  2. Approval Process:
    Once we receive your request, we will review it and provide you with further instructions. Returns sent to us without prior approval may be refused upon delivery.

  3. Packing and Shipping the Return:

    • Customers are responsible for organizing and packing the return themselves.
    • All shipping costs or related fees for the return are the customer's responsibility.
    • We strongly recommend using a shipping service that provides a tracking number to ensure the return can be tracked.
  4. Important Notes for Returns:

    • Ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit. We are not liable for items that are lost or damaged during the return process.
    • If the return shipping fee is insufficient, Garian reserves the right to reject the parcel upon delivery.
    • Returns must be shipped to the following address:
      1903, 19/F, Kodak House 2, 39 Healthy Street East, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong.

  5. Return Deadline:
    Once your return is approved, the item must reach us within 7 days. Returns received after this deadline will be automatically cancelled and not processed.


Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the result of the inspection. If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Additional Notes:

  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at garian@garian.hk.

Defective or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that an item arrives defective or not as described, please contact us at garian@garian.hk within 7 days of receiving the item. Include photos of the defective or damaged product for verification.

Options for Defective Items:

  • If approved, we will send a replacement item free of charge.
  • If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund of the item.
