The Torch Donut Coffee Dripper has a tall conical shape. The design helps improve the consistency of coffee, by slowing down the water flow and allowing longer saturation of coffee grounds, resulting in stronger but refreshing and sweet full body coffee. It is perfect for deep roasted coffee beans.
The mino-yaki dripper is made in Japan. It comes with an untreated white ash wooden donut shaped holder.
Use commercial fan shape paper filter such as Melita #103 or Kalita #103 and fold according to the manual.
